Today, Osceola County hosted its annual State of the County Address and announced that several major land development projects, all bordering Osceola Parkway, are underway. The new projects include:
- Orlando Health’s 60,000 square foot emergency room and medical pavilion
- An Eastwind Development two-phase, 350 unit apartment complex
- A 128-room Hampton Inn Hotel by Daniel Corporation of Altamonte Springs
- A 120-room assisted living and memory care center by Providence One
